Hope you are doing great. B.Ed. refers to Bachelor of Education. It is a 2 year course, so, students who choses to be in the profession of teaching will choose this path. It is an undergraduate course.
The National Council for Teacher Education is the authority that regulates these teaching courses in India. The teaching field will always have a very good scope, job opportunities are really better in this field.
B.Ed is pursued after completion of Bachelor's degree, however, it is not a post graduate course. M.Ed is the Post graduate course.
If you are applying for B.Ed programme, then you need to complete your degree in any of the fields of commerce or science or humanities, etc.,. You need to score 50 to 60 percentage of marks in your bachelor's degree. Finally, there is no specific age limit to this course, any person can apply to the course, after completion of their Bachelor degree.
