I'll like to tell you that as a fresher you will not be able to opt for any diploma or executive program offered by IIMs. You'll have to go for full time 2 years MBA program in Human Resource offered by different IIMs.
However, IIMs offers following programs for students with work experience and meeting other eligibility requirements:-

• Executive Programme in Human Resource Management (EPHRM)
• The Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management
• The Mahatma Gandhi National Fellowship (MGNF)
• N. S. Ramaswamy Pre-doctoral Fellowship
