I don't think there is a single "best" available resource which will magically transition into product management. One needs to learn about a myriad of things and then build some products to gain the concepts and confidence needed to lead product in any venture.
I will recommend you to start reading the right books and following certain folks to start dipping your feet into the product world. Ken Norton has a solid list of books that you should start reading up.
Having said this, I saw this as a challenge and a common problem faced by a lot of folks, so designed a course which effectively transitions people into a job as a product manager.
