That requires your 10th and 12th to be done from that state along with the latest light bill photocopy and then you can go and avail your domicile from a local government body. You have to show and submit it during the counseling rounds of the DMER and then itself are you eligible for the 85% quota. As also, 15% All Indian Quota will require no such thing. If you have domicile certificate of Maharashtra you will be eligible to take admission in government colleges of Maharashtra.
