There are so many options. If you wish to study further, you can join LLM but if you wish to start your career you are required to work under some senior lawyer for gaining experience. You are required to go in depth for the xcases you like to handle. Good lawyers earn very handsome amount for their cases.
Hello Aspirant, After getting done with the 3 year law from DU, if you wish to go for academics then, you should persue your LLM on your area of interest and then appear for NET. Or if you want to get into litigation then I would suggest first work as a junior under some lawyer or small litigation firm for experience and then you can go for private practice. But if you want to go for Corporate sector then you have to start applying for the law firms and other companies specifically in their legal department. And specially in corporate law then I would suggest that you should persue your LLM in Corporate Law so that you get a better grip in the corporate subjects. And another option which is there is to go for Judicial services, for that you have to start preparing for the Judiciary. Hope this helps you in some way. Good Luck.
