I want to know that for getting admission for BAMS in any Govt medical or ayurveda colleges in kerala , how much should i score on avg?
The basic requirement for the eligibility to get the admission to BAMS programme is qualifying the 10+2 examination with science stream. The candidate must have the physics, chemistry and biology in 12th class. The candidate should have to go through the national level entrance examination likeNEET 2018(National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test). Candidates also apply for state level examinations such as:
OJEE 2018(Odisha Joint Entrance Examination)
KEAM 2018(Kerala Engineering, Agriculture and Medical)
GCET 2018(Goa Common Entrance Test
The selection of the candidate is based on the final merit as the sum of the total numbers obtained in the qualifying examination as 12th and the number scored in the entrance examinations.
All the best!!
- We can't predict cutt-offs for ayush courses as of now since this is first time they have been merged into NEET UG EXAM.
- However out of my personal experience I suggest you to score anything around 370-400 to ensure good govt College for yourself.
- All the best and strike hard.
Good luck.
Hie Aarcha,
Since this is the first year since AYUSH medical sciences have come under NEET, it is difficult to assume the cut off marks for these courses as there are no trends to base our assumptions on. In my opinion, you must seek to score approximately 380 marks out of 720 to ensure admissions for BAMS.
All the best for your preparations!
Good luck...
