i want to know thay do i need maths as one of the subjects in class 12 th to do BA(economics) from IP University . I am from Humanities background.

Candidates with an aggregate of 50% marks in 10+2 level examination compulsory study at 10+2 Level from a recognized state and central government board with mathematics and English compulsory subjects at 10+2 Level.
So yes,mathematics is compulsory.

For IPU the eligibility is applicants must have cleared their 10+2 level examination form a recognized central and state government with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Mathematics and English should have been the compulsory subjects at 10+2 level examination. So as per the eligibility criteria mathematics is compulsory.
