I want to know the possible reasons for reservation of my result.

May be by any chance were you caught by the invigilator during your examination? This might be one of the reasons for holding up your result.
Other possibility is simply a delay from the examiners in submitting the final markslist or a malfunction in one of the systems which has your exam marks.
Generally the board will inform you thru an SMS or a mail.
