I want to know the totaly inquiry about the "GPAT" exam as soon as possible. some one is here to really tell about this exam. At the time am pursuing B.Pharm

Hello Aspirant,

GPAT stands for Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test. It is conducted by National Testing Agency every year for admission to various M. Pharma or its equivalent courses across the country. GPAT is conducted in online mode and application process for it is also online. To be eligible for GPAT one needs to satisfy the eligibility criteria released by NTA for GPAT which is also mentioned below :-

  • Must be a citizen of India
  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (4 years after class 12). Lateral entry candidates can also apply. Apart from this, candidates who are in the final year of the B. Pharmacy course are also eligible.
  • There is no age limit for appearing in GPAT.

** B.Tech (Pharmaceutical and fine chemical technology)/ Equivalent Students are not eligible.

Now let us come to the latest exam pattern of GPAT as released by NTA :-

GPAT is a Computer-Based online test which consists of total 125 MCQ type question carrying 4 marks for each correct answer and negative marking of 1 for each incorrect answer. To be eligible for admission through GPAT score one needs to clear the GPAT cut-off and the cut-off is released after the declaration of GPAT result but we can help you with the cut-offs trends of past years :-
