Both the courses have their respective benefits as they are totally different altogether:
Bachelor in Physiotherapy (B.PT) is the only course in India after 12th standard for physiotherapy and If you are willing to work with the clinic or hospital or individual practice, you need to go through this course. In this course, there is a plenty of knowledge about the human body, anatomy, cytology, medical condition of the human body, surgery and injuries. You can also opt for Masters in Physiotherapy after completion of your years degree course with six months of internship. BPT is also better in terms of scope of job and job availability or after graduation one can open his/her own clinic.
In terms of pharmacy, Bachelor in Pharmacy (B. Pharma) is the course available and If you want to deal with medicine or want to do research in medicines then this field is for you. This field has also immense scope in future. After graduation one can open his/her own medical store taking pharmacy license. You can also opt for MBA after doing graduation and get placed in MNCs at a good package.
NEET is not at all compulsory to get admission for physiotherapy course as some of the colleges in the country conduct their own entrance exam while some colleges give admissions on the basis of your intermediate marks i.e. Class 12th.

bpt stands for bachelor in physiotherapy, colleges of Maharashtra takes admission on neet score, most colleges takes admission through 10+2 course. compare to bpt, pharmacy has better career progress in today's era. after b. pharma course you may do m. pharma or mba in pharmacy . a b.pharma graduate students can get around 22-30k per month. however you need to select good college for studies and better placement opportunities. you may follow the below link to know about pharmacy colleges in india,
