Hi Pratik,
Hope you are doing well. You heard it right. ECE is slightly difficult than CSE. In ECE you need to learn more about the circuits and logic gates, hardware parts, different switches, amplifiers and such other. Even there is some sort of programming. But in CSE, everything is regarding the computers. CSE mainly deals with programming languages. It depends on your interests whether you are interested in programming or some circuit theory. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
All the best.

Yes, actually ECE is harder than CSE. As it also depends on your interest. If you choose your subject according to your interest then all subjects become easy. So go through your interest. Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) is the application of science and mathematics to practical problems in the field of electronics and communications. Electronics and communications engineers engage in research, design, development and testing of the electronic equipment used in various systems. This field is closely aligned with Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and the advances in CSE play a significant role in the advancement of ECE. This is why a degree in ECE is always in high demand.
This branch primarily deals with areas such as:
Analog transmission
Basic electronics
Solid state devices
Microprocessors and microcontrollers
Digital and analog communication
Analog integrated circuits
Satellite communication
Microwave engineering
Antennae and wave progression
If you choose CSE then you should have interest in Maths and programming.
