I guess if you're not getting BA psychology honours from any college in University of Delhi, I think you should go for next best honours course that you find interesting and in which you're getting admission, then pick psychology as your generic elective this way after studying it for four semesters you'll attain a minors degree in psychology and then you can pursue masters in it, after graduation.

That is if you only want to study from University of Delhi and even the evening colleges don't match your cut off.
