i want to leave diploma government college after 1 semester. But i am thinking that they will return back our 10th certificate or Not?

You can leave the course in the middle provided you must pay the entire course fee or course fee of that particular semester or year depending on the guidelines of the institute in which you are studying. All your original documents except class 10th transfer certificate will be returned to you. To know the process to discontinue the course please contact the concerned authority in the administration office of your institute. The concerned authority shall assist you in this regard.
