Hello student to become a lecturer in physics first you need to do undergraduate in physics atleast after that you can pursue bed or Mphil so that you can apply for a lecturer in any school/college.

Feel free to comment if you have any doubt

Dear aspirant,

To become a physics lecturer you need to do post graduation in physics subject and qualify LS-NET exam or you can do Ph.D in physics

To do so after 12th you have to take admission in B.Sc. with physics as one of the subject. After graduation you should do M.Sc in physics and qualify  net or set exam. You can do Ph.D in physics then to become a lecturer.

Hope this help you.
