As I have under, you want OBC NCL (Non Creamy Layer) certificate for yourself and don't know that how will you apply and be what time you can get it, Now l, NEET PG is going to be held on April 18th, 2021 and you want the OBC NCL before your NEET PG exam,

There is a possibility that you will get your OBC NCL certificate and for that there are two ways through which you can apply for OBC NCL certificate,

1. Online

2. Offline

Online way- Almost every state of India has its own online portal through which one can apply to get any certificate like Caste certificate, Domicile Certificate, EWS certificate or OBC NCL Certificat, As your have not mentioned you respective State, I can't tell the online portal of your home state, kindly search on Google and apply for the same.

2. Or either use offline way, Go to your Block Office, Zila Panchayat (if Rular area) or DM office to apply for OBC NCL Certificate.

Mandatory Documents-

1. Caste Certificate (OBC)

2. Income certificate not more than 800000 annual family income

3. Residential Proof

4. Aadhar card,

It will take around minimum 20-25 days to get the OBC NCL Certificate.
