Hello Aspirant,
SO it is quite difficult to say that which one is better but the best possible way to choose between the two is by varying their pros amd cons, in thag way you will be able to make better choices.
So I can help you by briefing you about the pros of both the institutes.
Allen Career Institute.
1. Most of the faculty members of this instii are IITians or NITians, so they can help the students in the best possible way, also most of them have cracked the top level exams in tbeir own field therefore they have enough experience to help the students.
2. Study material they provide is quite good.
3. They also provide one to one interaction between the teacher and student.
4. Test series that Allen provides is quite good and almost matches the difficulty level of the JEE exams.
5. Shuffling is a commom phenomenon in every institute and once you score low due to some issue you will be promoted to lower batches but you will be able to make it to the top because good and experienced teachers are provided in those batches as well.
Resonance.
1. Faculty is equally good here as well when it comes to qualifications and experience.
2. But the number of faculty is quite low, so if you are prompted to lower batches then it will be difficult for you to be able to make it to the top again.
3. Study material is good.
4. Resonance doesn't provide rhe one to one interaction criterion so you might have to wait a lot just get your one doubt cleared from the teacher in a doubt class. You might just have to ask your topper friends.
5. They ahow a number of selections, but ranks do not have that much of a quality.
Well this was my feedback about the two, so I hope this answers your question. Good Luck.
Both institutes are really good and well known for their reputation. Every institute has its own pros and cons.

Hope this will help you.
If you ask from someone in Kota , everyone puts their own opinion but I am not going to say You must Join X and Y as it's your own choice but I think I can help you by listing some of the pros and consequences about these two institutes...
Allen career institute
• Allen has a Highly experienced faculty team members and almost most of them are IITians or NITians , as they had already quelified for the exams which you are going to do, I think they know much better about Jee better than those who are not ( enlisting of the few experienced , but note that they are few in numbers)...
• Allen had a faculty team of over 2400+ , so if one of your batch teachers leaves the institute as it is very normal in Kota ( other institutes pay more to them) , then your course will not be affected Bcz there's many well experienced came for you ( as it rarely happens in Allen Bcz He pays the most to their teachers)
• Study material of Allen is excellent
• Allen provide one to one teacher interactions to their students, so it's very easy to clear your doubts ( if you serious enough to clear your doubts )
• Test seriesAllen is just awesome as they matched their level exactly like the JEE and also make changes according to Papers...you'll find many questions in JEE papers exactly similar to Allen paper
• In most of the institutes in Kota , their is a problem of re-shuffling, if once you didn't score good either by any unfortunate reasons then you will be prompted to lower batches in which the faculty members are not well enough . Shuffling also happens in Allen but if by chance you'll get a lower batches , It's not a big deal to fight with the topper Bcz Allen provides their top faculties members in the lower batches also ...
• Allen will care about your marks, if you score good in the initial testes and after that somehow your score gets worsen then Their consulting team will meet you individually to ask , what's the problem and try to solve them all as much as they can do.
• Allen organised many cultural events, Motivational sessions and focus more on good things like Meditation so that their students get less stressed as this is not the case in most of the institutes in Kota
• As far as I concerned , Allen has a good selection ratio in JEE and has also produced many quality ranks AIR -1 ( Aman Bansal , Chitraang Murdia ) and many more every under 100... My teacher always said that the quality of coaching is judged by their top ranks...
