i want to opt for BA eng + history but i was not having history in my class 12 i was a commerce Student so can i and is there is any deduction is going to come

Yes,there will be deduction as you are changing your stream...But the percentage deduction is different for different universities...so kindly check with the eligibility criteria for your preferred university.
