The admissions to MA. in any subject are conducted through entrance exam. For getting into India's top central universities CUET PG ( Common University Entrance Test PG) which is a CBT (Computer Based Test) mode exanimation is a mandate. CUET-PG 2024 exams have already been conducted early this year. So, if you are aiming for universities like DU, BHU,JNU,AMU and others, you need to give cuet in the year 2025. The eligibility criteria is having 55% or above in your Bachelor's degree.

Apart from these well-known central universities, there are other universities and colleges( which do not accept cuet score) will be conducting their own entrance test. By this time, all the government colleges are almost done with their admission process of PG. Only Private universities, admissions forms are open.
