MBA is always an add on to your career and helps you climb the career ladder easily. Generally MBA and your graduation do not need to have much in common especially if you're pursuing your MBA from a good institution. You should only be ready with a full proof answer to justify why this switch in career. But to be on safe side you can do an MBA in hospital administration or Mba in healthcare or Mba in pharma. You can then continue your job in normal management, hospital management, nursing management etc. But I assure you that you can also take up normal domains of Mba like finance, Marketing, HR etc. wherever your interest lies. An add on for you is that your graduation in MBA nursing will help you in admission process due to lower percentile cut off for academic diversity as 85-90% of students opting for MBA are engineers. So you will get a benefit there because of your graduation.
