There is no problem if you have done bsc. Biotech. It depends all on your interest if you want to do MBA.
And again the stream you want to pursue MBA completely depends on your choice. Whether you like finance, Marketing, Operations, HR or General Management. Even the engineers who come to pursue MBA don't even have any idea in which stream they wanted to do MBA. Only the commence background students who have already studied subjects related to management have a bit idea in which stream they wanted to go.
You should not take any tension only prepare very well, get high percentile and convert the call of a good college. You will yourself will be able to figure out in which stream you want to go when you will start studying.
Because of your graduation in with B.sc degree you also get additional marks in aggregate score as colleges wants to increase profile diversity.
If you are able to get admission in IIM then you will get enough time of a year to figure out in which stream you want to go because in IIMs we get General Management degree, there is no major-minor and after studying a few subjects from all stream in 1st year we get full freedom to choose subjects in 2nd year.
In some of the private colleges you might need to choose major minor, if they are asking you right before admission then I suggest you can go for Operations or Marketing seeing your education background.
But again as I said it's all your choice which you will be able to figure out in a better way after studying only.
All the best!!
