Hi, As per your academic records, IIM take this aspect seriously but not all IIM's consider this while calculating the weight age. Also there are other aspects calculated in your final selection like CAT percentile, academic records, work experience, performance in your interview rounds, caste category and even gender etc. You should score more than 99 percentile to get selected for admission.
