Both courses are good and are in demand. The opportunities and faster growth are not so much within the type of degree, as it is within the individual who has the degree. Opportunities are always there. It is up to you to take advantage of them through creative and critical thinking, assertiveness, perseverance, commitment, positive attitude, and the ability to think through long-term benefits. Best is subjective term. What is best for me can not be best for you or vice-versa. Both are the good options but if you have completed your Graduation in Industrial Chemistry then you should go for Industrial Chemistry because you are already well known with the subjects. It has also a good scope if you are pursuing the course from a recognised university the chances of you getting a good position in the industry is good. You have the option for an industrial job or into the research field. If you plan to go the industrial side you can opt for manufacturing unit, Production and development units etc. If you are interested in the research area you can opt for going in for PH.d. Along with pursuing PHD you can opt for joining a laboratory or a research unit. This will help you in your PHD too. But you need to work hard to get a position.
