the NET exam, that is the National Eligibility test is a test that is help for the students who are graduate and would like to go for professor and lecturers jobs in particular.
for this, you need to fill the forms, that comes in the month of march-april.
also, for preparing for this exam, you need to have a good grip on your particular subject.
take tuitions for net from institutes, that are good in delhi-ncr ,or noida regions.
look for books and past year papers.
