For being eligible for M.Sc Anthropology, you should have studied B.Sc or B.A in Anthropology/ Sociology/History/ Zoology. You should have completed your Bachelors degree with a minimum aggregate of 60% from a recognised Board. So just ti answer your question, with Bachelor's degree in Zoology, you can study M.Sc in Anthropology.
