he Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) is an entrance exam for admission into engineering, pharmacy, and agriculture courses in Maharashtra.

  • it is a computer based examination
  • language options are - English , Marathi , Urdu

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Must have passed or appeared in Class 12 (HSC) or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) for Engineering
    • Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) for Pharmacy
  • Minimum Marks: No minimum percentage required, but colleges may have their own cut-offs.

Exam Pattern

  • Duration: 180 minutes (3 hours)
  • Total Marks: 200
  • Sections:
    • PCM Group (For Engineering)
      • Mathematics: 50 questions (2 marks each)
      • Physics: 50 questions (1 mark each)
      • Chemistry: 50 questions (1 mark each)
    • PCB Group (For Pharmacy & Agriculture)
      • Biology: 50 questions (1 mark each)
      • Physics: 50 questions (1 mark each)
