TOEFL :
For all four sections of TOEFL (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) the official ETS channel ' TOEFL TV ' on YouTube will provide sufficient practice for preparation if you are not willing to purchase the official ETS TOEFL test preparation guide.
Though the official channel is the most suitable, other channels that you might want to go through if you feel like you need further preparation are Notefull and MagooshTOEFL.
IELTS :
For all four sections of the IELTS (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) the official IELTS channel on YouTube provides videos for the practice necessary to excel in the exam.
Additionally, British Council also provides a free online course for IELTS preparation as well as practice tests to boost your confidence.
Additionally, in order to maintain a good grasp on the vocabulary necessary to score well in both IELTS and TOEFL, candidates should download the Magoosh vocabulary builder mobile app and complete the TOEFL vocab words.
Another great method to build the requisite vocabulary is the book 'Word Power Made Easy' by Norman Lewis.
Notefull is a great resource for TOEFL. Their TOEFL mastery series is too good. You should subscribe to their course (about $50) and at the same time practice TOEFL practice online (TPO) on Superlearn.com to improve your test taking skill . Before booking test date , take one mock exam by ETS and see where you stand. If you're satisfied, take the exam.
Best of luck!!
