Hello,
You don't need famous or top-tier colleges which will help you in study abroad. The only thing you need to do is get good grades, participate in extra-curricular activities, do internships or programs which will help your application stand out from the rest, get your SOPs and LORs in order, and score well in your SAT/LSAT and IELTS(for undergraduate degree) and GRE/GMAT and TOEFL( for postgraduate degree).
These are the only things you need to get into a good college abroad. Get your transcripts ready, have all your application requirements and documents in order and you will be fine no matter what college you have passed out from. The admission authorities abroad do not pay attention to which college you studied in instead they will only focus on the things mentioned above and decide why you should be given admission in XYZ college and if you are worthy enough for a scholarship or not.
All the best!
