Yeah definitely you can able to write the second attempt of JEE mains which is going to be conduct on the month of April for which the NTA will going to open the registration window from February 8 - March 7. The NTA will conduct the JEE MAINS April session from April 6 - April 20 via computer based mode. For more detail information regarding the JEE mains April session you can check this below link ;
