Like any other exam, the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) too needs practice and careful planning. You will get 3 hours to answer 100 MCQs so you need to plan out your time properly so that you do not make silly mistakes or fail to attempt all questions (there is no negative marking!).
If you ask around, you will be told (and rightly so) that the AIBE is a very very easy exam. This is because the exam does not test your legal knowledge and acumen as it ideally should. In conducting the AIBE, the Bar Council of India seems to have taken to heart the famous saying: a good lawyer is one who knows where to find the law. So, it is very important that you know where to find answers to the questions that appear the exam in very less time. Remember, that the AIBE is an open book exam and you will be allowed to carry study materials with you.
