Without giving entrance exam, it's really hard to get admission in a college. First you should give the entrance exam, and you have to qualify in that exam. Whatever rank you get, but you should atleast appear for the exam.
You can get through management quota. But sometimes, college management only give admission to the students who atleast have given the entrance exam. Your admission also depends on the availability of seats in that course. You can call the college management, for accurate fees details. Definitely you will have to pay donations if you get through management quota.
