Engineering in Robotics...
very few college teachs Robotics in India..
I know only one college from my state Chhatrapati shivaji institute of technology {CSIT} durg,chhattisgarh

Robotics is technically a filed of Engineering so search for some good Engineering college like IITs, NITs or good Engineering college for Robotics branch...
