Your choice is for doing M.tech in VLSI is good. At first, you should try for IITs/NITs/BITs/VIT then think about any other private institution.

After completion, of course, campus placement plays an important role in career building which you can get at a reputed institute. Don't hurry for doing M.tech rather think about college at first.

If from private then also some good colleges like VIT/BITS/SRM and all other reputed colleges.

So you should try for good colleges at first.
