i want to switch to psychology after graduation from agiculture honours from abroad is it possible? which colleges offer post graduation in psychology to non psychology graduates?

Hi,
Yes. It is possible to seek admission in MA or MSc psychology without having done graduation in the same. But for that every university has their own criteria. For example, DU has 50% seats reserved for psychology graduates. Also there might be some other criterion like the percentage for non psychology graduates might be more than that of others. In MA, it has been considered that you are already acquired with basic knowledge about the subject so the non psychology background will face problems. The following universities offers thus course to non psychology graduates:-
- Delhi University
- Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi
- Jamia Milia Islamia University, New Delhi
- Ambedkar University, Delhi
- Christ University, Banglore
- Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai
- Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh
- Panjab University, Chandigarh
- Gautam Buddha University, Noida
The admission in these Universities is through entrance exams.
