I want to take a gap year after clearing my JEE Advance(Aug,2022), and join IIT,the next year(i.e,2023),with my JEE (2022)? without giving JEE again. Could you tell if it is possible or not?

No, you cannot take admission in 2023 with your jee advanced 2022 score.
This is because,
Your jee advanced score is valid only in the year you appear in.
For example,
If you give jee advanced 2022 its valid only in 2022, for getting admission in 2023 , you will have to give jee advanced 2023 again.

I have one more small question, Suppose i have cleared JEE advance 2022 but due to some health issues i was not able to get into my dream IIT in 2022, so as per the above answer, I planned to take JEE again in 2023, but is it necessary to give mains again, can't I directly give the advance 2023 paper ,as I was able to clear JEE advance 2022.
