I want to take a partial drop ..where would it be more easy manipal , any nit or dtu?

First of all i would advice you not to take partial drop as it is both waste of money and energy the same energy which you should put in preparation of jee you would put in-in the college studies as well which is not a great idea but if you have decided to do so then all the 3 institutes mentioned by you would be on the same page as far as effort is concerned you will have to work towards college study also in order to pass their exam(end semester) ,if you have to choose anyhow then go with NIT as it caries tag also if you could not perform well in second attempt as well then you will have nothing to loose also you meet brilliant minds of the country n nits hence you develop hardwork and consistency just by watching you peers doing so.
