Hey,
The cutoff changes every year depending upon the difficulty level of the examination,the number of candidates appearing for the examination,the category etcetra.
300 is too less even for private medical colleges in the South India. However,you can apply through Management Quota which refers to the seats sold by the colleges that are not filled through merit.
