JEE Main (Paper-II) and NATA are the names of the major entrance exams whose scores are approved for the B.Arch. admission process in India by various B.Arch. giving institutions. Those who intend to pursue their B. Arch studies at one of the NITs or CFTIs must take and pass the second paper of the JEE Main exam. There are a few more reputable Architecture universities that accept JEE Main (Paper-II) marks for admission to the B.Arch. program. A similar entrance exam, NATA, is held at the national level, and the results are used by different reputable B.Arch. giving colleges/institutions across the country. There are just two IITs that provide B.Arch. admissions - IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee - to which students can apply if they have passed JEE Main (Paper-II), JEE Advanced, and AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test). There are various other state-level and institute-level entrance tests for B.Arch. admissions in India in addition to these.
