I want to take admission in bsc-bed course after completing ded. Is it possible & how many years duration it will be?

BSc-BEd programme is of 4 year, and generally done after passing 10+2. Eligibility criteria for DEd too remain the same, now coming to your question,  since you'll be taking admission 2 yrs after 12th (I assume you're pursuing DEd), just make sure to enroll yourself in a college so that you don't face any hassle regarding admission and it goes smoothly as rules varies some prefer pass-out of recent years only, and some not. Usually, the traditional path is going for BSc-BEd integrated program, since BEd allows you to teach higher classes compared to DEd.
