I want to take admission in bsc but due to some reason I not applied for admission in bihar for any university. Is there another chance.

Hi,
If you have crossed the last date of application then it might not be possible now. But may be you can write them a mail or go to the university with an application mentioning your reason for not filling the application form on time, may be they'll give you a chance. Chances are less though but you can still try.
