With 65% in 12th cbse and 69 marks in physics you cany expect getting admission into the top notch colleges for the B.Sc physics (hons). However, you can opt for the colleges or University that doesn't take admission on the basis of merit based on qualifying examination. Go, for the entrance exam based admissions, for example in BHU and And many other universities and try to secure good marks in the entrance examination to get admission. However, you can get admission in any college in your city, that just take admission on first come first serve basis but that won't be of much use, therefore go for the admission tests ,and prepare well.
