To get admission in BUMS UG course in medical colleges of India,you must have valid NEET SCORE as MINISTRY OF AYUSH with approval of Government of India direct all state/union territory goverment to admit the elligible Aspirants to BUMS undergraduate course through merit list of NEET..So you need to appear in NEET to have BUMS course from medical Colleges of India..

let me clear your doubt.

No you cannot take adimisson in bums private college directly without any entrance exam. you have to crack neet exam for that.

according to new rule  admission to B.U.M.S. courses will be compulsorily done on the basis of scores obtained in NEET.

So you cant get direct admission.
