Hello There,

Admission to Class 11th typically happens in June or July, right after the Class 10th results are declared. By September 2024, most schools would have completed their admissions and the academic session would already be underway. However, some schools or private institutions may accept late admissions, depending on the availability of seats and the policies they follow.

If you are looking for admission in September, it's best to contact schools directly to inquire about the possibility of late admission and any special procedures they may have in place.

Hi Rishika,

You need not to panic though its September but there are still many ways of taking admission in class11th Commerce. I have mentioned them below-

1.) Check for late admission - Some schools start their academic year late. you can contact them and enquire about your admission.

2.) Online schooling - Look for the schools which allow online schooling for the students and allow students' admission late.

3.) Distance learning - Some schools allows students to complete their class 11th along with 12th.

4.) Open schooling - Institutions like the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) in India allow students to enroll at any time of the year. You can complete your 11th and 12th through this mode without losing time.

Hope you will take right decision for your career. We wish you all the best!

Hello Rishika!!

If you are keen on joining Class 11th Commerce this year and it's already September, you must do a few things as follows:

1. Late Admission Process: Most colleges may still take their admissions for September; however, the process will be slightly different depending on the college. Contacts with schools are recommended before asking whether they are still accepting. Few others are open throughout the year based on vacant space, while others base it on the reason given for late inceptions.

2. Catch Up on Missed Syllabus: Since you have missed the initial months of the academic year, you need to plan as to how you will catch up on the syllabus. Ask the school for a detailed syllabus and consult teachers or tutors who can help you cover missed topics quickly. Self-study also is a good way of keeping up the pace.

3. Private or Open Schooling: If open schooling is not allowed in regular schools, then one can even choose other forms of schooling, like the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS). This institute offers flexibility as to how you want to pass with minimum effort because it offers courses at your convenience and the certificates provided by NIOS are valid across all universities and colleges.

4. Focus on Career Goals: Commerce is an excellent choice for those who want a career in business, finance, economics, and law. So, be clear about your future goals and you can opt for subjects related to your interest. You would eventually gain an upper hand with consistent study even if you happen to start late.

In short, although it is late, you can still explore admission options; however, you will have to be quick and prepared to put in extra effort to catch up.

Thankyou!!
