I want to take admission in DU im from punjab in punj total is 75 for each sub but in delhi total is 100 for each sub how to cal BFS %

The total marks does not make any difference in the percentage. The percentage will remain whether the total is 100 each subjects of 75 each subjects.
You can calculate your best four subjects marks using the formula -
(Total marks obtained in best four subjects) /( Max. marks i. e. 75*4) * 100
