Hello student yes you're eligible as eligibility criteria says - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with physics chemistry and mathematics with minimum 75 percent marks aggregate from a recognized board, in case of sc st category the eligibility is to obtain 65 percent marks in class 12 or equivalent.

You are definitely eligible for admission in IIIT Hyderabad, since the eligibility for SC category is get 65% marks in boards examination for being eligible for admission into IITs,NITs,IIITs, and GFTIs.
