Hey Aditya,
The authorities of IIT Delhi will release separate cutoffs for different courses and category of candidates. There are many factors that play an important factor in deciding the cutoffs like the total number of applicants who have appeared for the exam . The number of seat available and most importantly the previous year cutoff trends. So ,here  I am providing you previous year rank cut- off so that you can have a little idea about this year .
For Electrical engineering:-
  • OBC - 295
  • General- 469
  • SC- 152
  • ST-54
  • EWS - 46
Hope it helps !
