Hi Syed, For admission in IMU for B.Tech (Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering ) , you have to clear their entrance exam (IMU CET)

Criteria needed -

4-year B. Tech (Marine Engg in Kolkata, Mumbai, and Naval Architecture & Ocean Engg in Vishakhapatnam ): 10+2/equivalent (PCM-60% & English-50%). In case of SC/ST, candidates there will be a 5% relaxation in eligibility marks; however, it will not apply to English marks.

They do Provide scholarship, that is based on their field criteria.

IMU CET Exam dates -

Application date starts - !st week of april, 2018

Last date - 2nd week of may

Admit card - 3rd week of may

entrance exam - 1st week of june

Fees - 2,25,000 per year (4year - 9lacs)

The B.Tech course is provided by IMU in Mumbai and Kolkata. The fees is Rs.2,25,000 per year. IMU conducts IMUCET(Common Entrance Test) for admissions in various courses offered by IMU and it's affialited intitutes. The dates are not out yet.
