B.Ed is a two year course that focuses on developing your ability to teach. To pursue B.Ed, you must have an undergraduate degree in the course which you want to teach. So, B.Ed. in IT is not necessarily a thing. But, you can get a degree in IT and then apply for B.Ed. This way, you can become an IT teacher.
