If you are seeking admission to Under Graduate Pharmacy course you must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Biology/Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board. There are various state level and university level entrance examinations for admission to Pharmacy course. Several institutes also provide admission based on merit in qualifying examination that is 10+2 or its equivalent. You need to apply for entrance examination/admission and qualify in it. Admission into Pharmacy is based on entrance exam or merit obtained in qualifying exam.
There are Diploma in Pharmacy course, Bachelor of Pharmacy course and Doctor of pharmacy course.
To get admission into Diploma in Pharmacy or B. Pharmacy or D Pharmcy you need to pass in 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognised Board in science stream. D Pharmacy is two years course, B. pharmacy is four to five years course and D Pharmcy is 6 years course.
