BCA is Bachelor of Computer Application, so you can get admission to it after class 12. There are many colleges both government and private that provide this course in India.
Depending upon the college and the University to which it is affiliated, the admission procedure will vary. The admission opens nearby March-April. So you can regularly check the website/news notification of University or college that provide this course.
