I want to takr up BSc Medical Microbiology. which college would be good, 1. Saaii College of Medical Science & Technology, UP 2. Sai Institute of Paramedical Sciences, Dehradun 3. Kanpur Institute of Technology, UP Which of these three colleges is the best?

Out of the three options that you chose, Saaii College of Medical Sciences and Technology and Sai paramedical College Dehradun both has all the desired facilities, good faculties and good infrastructure of these two campuses are commendable.
However Kanpur Institute is also good but the campus life there is somewhat strict. If you think of labs, microbiology labs are well equipped and well maintained.
